The Service was good but, due to a busy-high volume customer flow in the store, the Techs did not spend a lot of customer-face time with me and they did not complete the work quicker than I expected even though I brought my car in at least 24 hours before my scheduled appointment time.

The communication was awesome! got a text and bam my tires were done!

It was my first experience with Big O. I was looking for tire recommendations on my Highlander and the person I called was helpful. I did get the special sale price, but was not told when I ordered my tires it was available.

I had a velve stem blow out of tire. Tires had only 10,000 on them. Thought it should be covered but electronic air pressure sensor was destroyed. Andy explained it well. He has great customer service.

The staff was very knowledgeable about what I needed done to my vehicle. Even though they ran into issues with my vehicle they still accommodated and did a great job.

This location provides amazing service! Andy is awesome and always super helpful. I let them know I’d need an oil change, basic tire rotation and pressure check, and that my breaks were needing some TLC. Shortly after dropping off my car, he called me to let me know what all was needed to get my breaks to 100% which included new break pads and rotors. He answered my questions and accurately quoted a price for service that day. A couple hours later my car was fixed up and ready to go! Service was speedy and thorough, my car drives like new! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service!
