Great service

I bought four new Big O tires at the Lakeville location. I've had issues with the tires not holding air and have been back in twice. Both times the customer service was wonderful. They were able to fit me in right away to fix the problem, and in a timely manner; even when they are super busy already. Other than those two little setbacks, it's been great since and would highly recommend.

My vehicle had broken down the altanator had quit working.big Ole tires let me have it towed to their shop to replace the altanator.the staff was friendly and helpful in this emergency situation.thank you.

Overall Im pleased

We needed to have a tire losing air checked. We dropped off the vehicle with a full schedule, and the staff was able to remove the problem and patch the tire in about an hour.
