Big O Tires

Generally do a great job. Prior visit brought van in with check engine light on. It came on again as I pulled out of the lot but it ran fine so did nothing about it. Brought in this time to fix washer fluid pump which was done. But another diagnostic test was run and smoke screen test done to learn that gas cap was bad and that was why engine light came on. Realized when I got home I was charged for diagnostic test for engine when all I wanted was washer fluid pump fixed ? I thought that it should have been fixed the first time I paid for the test. All is running well now, thanks. Nice people at this shop.

Frie fly appt. Explained need for tires. Gave choice of. Prices fine. Satisfied with all personal at BIG O. Lonnie washed my windshield outside and in. I asked cause of arm surgery. He happy to do so. Great personal. Thanks to all.

Everyone treated me well

I originally scheduled my oil change the previous week, but when I arrived for my appt, I was told my appt wasn’t on their books. However, one of the guys volunteered to fit my oil change in and in a timely manor! VERY appreciative and happy with this experience!

I work with Andy at Big O in Lakeville, he takes care of our Fleet service needs for Aspen Electric. He does a great job, wouldn't go any where else.

Andy and the team do a great job

1. First time I stopped to schedule an oil change. Serviceman was by himself, wiping sleep from his eyes and complaining about being alone. He did not instill much confidence in Big O. I decided to come back another day even though I could have left the car. 2. On return trip the manager asked me which oil I wanted without explaining choices or reasons for the choices. 3. A small issue was missed in servicing. It needed to be rechecked. A more senior worker called out a young guy on missing the task with purpose of embarrassing him. If the goal is to train and retain, training may have occurred but I would be surprised if he sticks around if this type of "training"� continues. 4. I will come to Big O a couple of more times due to convenience of location. The work appeared to be satisfactory but the presentation shown by employees left much to be desired. If it continues, go to a less convenient place may be worth it.

Only complain as the difficulty of getting someone on the phone. A knowledgeable receptionist or permanent tech staff up front would help. Your local competitor (Goodyear) always has someone on phones - never goes to,voice mail, and rarely put on hold, no matter how busy. Otherwise happy with tire service on car. Thanks

Friendly service and schedule and not a long wait for vehicle service

No concern for patrons vehicle. Oil on mat and grit/oil/dirt on inside door by handle. Loved TP and NTB, hope you improve or I'll be moving on.

Andy and Adam went above and beyond what should be expected by keeping me informed of how the work was coming and finishing on time.

I received an estimate for some tires several weeks prior to my purchase. I did not save a copy of the estimate but feel the quote was a better deal than what I ultimately purchased. It seemed strange that the salesman could not find a record of that quote. He claimed that it had been deleted.
