Big O Tires

Very satisfied with timeliness, service and the team. What I'm very upset is the difference in road hazard warranty. Merchants is 12 months but you guys are 36 months???? Why the difference? If you honor all four franchises, why the difference???

Convenient drop off and pickup. Andy’s honesty regarding my front brakes. I’m positive that if I went anywhere else my brakes would have been replaced. A total given with never having them redone and having 96k miles on my car. Andy offered a free inspection as usual and found that my front brakes have a lot of life left in the pads. So comforting to know there are good honest people still in this world. Andy’s truly the best!

Vibration issue not resolved.

Go in for tires and they tell me brakes in rear are bad. Let me know it will be about $1000 for rear brakes only(WHAT?) then tells me the brake guy is slow and can knock off $200 Take it to my mechanic (who is certified and works as head mechanic for a city) and he tells me there isn't anything wrong with my brakes (hmmmm). Been going to this store for years and told my kids to go there also. I believe that you will no longer see me set foot in your stores again. It's a shame too because I've usually been very happy

Great choices and value for making a 4 tire purchase.

I arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and I didn't get to leave until 2 hours and 7 minutes after my appointment time. This was just for a tire swap and alignment. They did knock my bill down for the wait which was very much appreciated.

friendly, efficient service

Good Enough - AC worked after the the repair job. May have caused an oil leak on repair. I still think EZ Auto Repair did it though since they did the oil change.

The people were friendly but there was grease all over the inside of my door and on my seats when they finished with my oil change. They did clean it up when brought to their attention but this is the second time this has happened at this store. I don't think I'll be returning there for service in the future.

The online scheduling is not ideal. Customer service people were fantastic! WiFi instore is not good. Prices were outstanding and such a great value.

The staff was really kind and knowledgeable. We will be back. It was really unfortunate that as first time customers it took almost 4 hours to get new tires and an an alignment because one team member didn't show up to work. Major props to everyone that was there (Sunday the 24th) including the assistant manager who was back working on cars to keep things moving. The only thing that would have been better is knowing that there was going to be such a long wait at check in so we could have arranged a ride home. Thanks to everyone working on Sunday!!

Had what I wanted and did what needed to be done at a reasonable price and time.

You quoted me a great price but you made up some stuff about lug nuts and charged me 132 extra to make up for your service guys miss-quote bad bizz

I had appointment on the next day but asked if they could find time to do oil change. Two hours later I received a text that it was completed. Great service and employees.
