Big O Tires

Had the oil changed in my mother's car, it was done in a timely manner. The only thing was that there was grease on the seat and while clean the seat off, noticed it had a puncher hole in the seat. I call the store after it was found to talk to the manager, I was told he was not there and he would call me on Friday. Still have not heard from him today. Note this car is in mint condition and driven by and 84 year grand mother.

The reservation system online does not work. I even called to get information about the reservation and confirmed a different time. When I arrived, they didn't have my reservation.

The visit was quick and easy, and the pricing was great! I asked about pricing ahead of time, and there was a deal going on for the oil type I needed for my oil change. The team at the Lakeville location is friendly, and they are always up front about their services. Will definitely be back for next time!

I made an appointment online and dropped off my car at 815am to have an oil change, wiper blade replacement and tire change. I called at 245 for an update and when they thought my car would be done since they said it should be ready late afternoon to early evening, we'll it hadn't even been brought into the shop yet which was very frustrating. I get a call around 630 that they were finally done with everything but I should get an alignment which would be done right away in the morning. I go to pick up my car the next morning shortly after they opened to find out they did the alignment but I was never told that I would cost another $90. The shop was only willing to give me the alignment for $45 even though it took them all day to do my car that was dropped off in the morning with an appointment and their excuse was that they got really busy. I get that it gets busy but if you can't handle the amount of appointment last being made then don't over book yourself or be a little more up to date on realistically how long a job should take. Luckily I had a ride to get home, but normally on the day I made the appointment I would have waited for my car.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. High quality work at a reasonable price.

They replaced the TPMS sensor that they had broken, but I thought they would of done something for me about the money I had to pay to have it scanned within the 24 hours of having a complete set of tires put on, disappointed!

They care about the service.

The staff was friendly and professional. I felt staff was listening to my requests to check one of my tires that had a slow leak and seemed confident in being able to identify the problem. Another thing that I was impressed by, was the communication of the staff in keeping me up-to-date on what they discovered during their inspection of my tire. In addition, the service rep was very accurate on the time left it would take to complete my oil change and tire rotation.

No at desk when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes for someone arrived at the desk and could helpmeet. Waited 2 hours for a oil change that I had made a advance appointment for ( appointment was made one week prior) Found out stains on drivers side seat after oil change

I went to your local store for my free tire rotation and I wanted them to replace a speed sensor in my wheel so I knew it was bad cuz I already checked it with my scan tool. They said I have to be charged $140 for a diagnostic test from mechanic. Which I already knew the problem was and needed to be fixed and still I have to be charged $140 just for them to has somebody put their scan tool tell me the same thing mine told me I think that's bullcrap you lost a customer and money that day
