I went last week to get an oil change; dropped my car off. My car is 1 year old... One of the services included in the full synthetic oil change is 'tire rotation'... I also asked them to check the back left tire, which i need to add about 4-5 lbs of air per week, so i left the valve stem cap off for ease when i add air. I picked up the car, asked about the back left tire; and the checkout guy said they didn't find anything. Later in the day, my dash indicated that same tire; back left; was at 28 lbs when the others were 31-32...that tire's valve stem cap is also still off. Also, 4 days later; my car still REEKS of oil, meaning they weren't too careful in refilling the oil. So i went in there today; asking about the tire rotation; and he said the tires didnt show ANY wear so they didnt rotate them. (like i thought) Then they checked the back left tire and found a nail. How did they find it today but didnt last week? So today they DID patch the tire; and then rotated them. (but last week they didnt need to be??) Why rotate them today then? I was there for an hour and a half today; and it was NOT busy... does it take that long to rotate tires and patch one? OMG!!! I gave the score above as 2's since they didnt charge me for the patch.... but i will NEVER go again! While i was waiting another person came in complaining that they have oil all over their garage floor after an oil change. I'm not surprised. NOT again Big O... not gonna walk in your door ever again.

Felt like a bait and switch. Scheduled an appointment online with an online order/quote. Had my vehicle towed there. It wasn't until after they had my vehicle that they then told me they didn't have that deal at this location, and that I would be paying an extra $70 a tire. Online quote final price was $570. Actual price $900. Everything seemed really shady, and like an old school bait and switch.

Not even 24 hours after getting my tires put on, my tpms came on. I had to pay 40.00 to have it scanned and then found out that they damaged the right front sensor. I called and Andy said he would take care of it next sunday.

Appointment by phone handled politely. Loni greeted me friendly. I think he has a nice manner with people that come for service. He is an asset to your business and should be thanked. Associate who worked on my car a!so pleasant.

I went in twice over a 2 day period. Once was for an alignment, I purchased a 5 year package. A half hour after purchase I was called and told the alignment couldn't be performed properly because I had a bad control arm on my driver side. I called my personal mechanic who had been doing work on my car and he said that was not the case, I had actually just replaced those control arms a few months prior. The problem was there was a bolt that just wasn't fully tightened. Instead of recognizing that, your shop employees called me and tried to sell me $450+ of control arms and labor as a fix. Now that the control arms have been taken care of, I came in for a new alignment, and it is still off, the steering wheel is crooked when pointed straight and two of my 4 wheels are still off alignment, I never received paperwork showing where my alignment was at so I had to go to a different Big O to attempt an alignment through them, which is still off. Secondly, I came in yesterday for an oil change, my car was done within 20 mins. I told them when I came in that I wanted a full 22 point inspection and a tire change. When checking out, I asked them for their inspection sheet so that I could see where my car was at because I had put a ton of new parts in my vehicle and wanted to know what other issues my vehicle may have had. I was told that the printer was broken and that they couldn't print off sheets. But apparently other customers had a sheet providing them with their inspection report which I could see in from the front desk. Bottom line, they didn't do the inspection, just be honest with me about it. I get it, your busy, but don't lie to a customer. I count on service inspections during my oil changes to figure out what I need to fix in my car and this was just a total let down both days I came in. Still need an alignment fixed by the way let me know when you guys want to make it right.

Came in on a Saturday expecting to have a longer wait than usual, but was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Have never had an oil change go that quickly anywhere else

took about 10 hours for my car to get done. they were very understaffed for the day and I even ended up waiting a full hour AFTER close..very disappointed i had to waste an entire day wothout a car. the staff is always extremely friendly however I do wish I was offered some sort of discount for the inconvenience

My 2006 Ford Taurus was smoking! We called they said bring it right over. Turned out it just needed coolant. I'm 80. i haven't driven it that much in the past year and it just didn't occur to me that I should check the coolant! They added coolant and didn't even charge me. I was so grateful. This is where I go for all my car needs. I've gotten new tires and battery there, also oil changes.

We made a 0900 appointment for tire replacement. We arrived a little early. It took 3.5 hours for us to get our vehicle back. What is the point of making an appointment. We watched from a nearby coffee place. The vehicle was up on the lift for 15 minutes before anybody touched it. This was 2 hours after the 0900 appointment was made. I guess discount tire it is next time. Also the ladies restroom had trash on the floor and was unclean. There is also a big o sign in the lobby that appears to be falling apart. The post it notes that state "please do not touch sign" is a real classy and confidence inspiring touch.

Requested an appointment at midnight and got a call right away the next morning to confirm. Staff was very knowledgeable, honest, and super friendly! Great customer service. Definitely will be back!

This is the second time I have been here. Installed tires first visit just fine. I came in for an oil change on my 2nd visit & they tried to sell me a $500+ brake job I didn't need. Told me I only had 1cm left on my rear pads & needed new rotors too. I knew better, but to confirm I got another inspection elsewhere- 5cm & the rotors are fine was that diagnosis. Shame on BigO... if you go here, keep the work to the simple items YOU KNOW YOU NEED!!!

I have been to lakeville MN big o many times. This last time I had my sons jeep serviced. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. But I noticed after I left that I had an oil leak that wasnt there when I brought it in. I looked under and noticed the leak was coming from the oil filter. Io checked it and it was very loose. I'm not sure who the tech was that day but he did not tighten my oil filter like it was suppose to be. I was and am still upset. I paid over 100.00 for the oil, and the special oil flush stuff. May not be going back there. It could've been horribly worse if I hadn't caught it when I did.

If I don’t work on my vehicle, this Big O location does. Consistently great service. I always get honest status of my vehicles with a realistic explanation in regards to timing and severity of any issue that may arise.

quality of work has consistently declined over the past year. I used to be walked into that garage if asked and shown the repairs needed under the car, get regular updates on repair progress through text/calls, or shown the replaced parts after the repair. Other potential issues were also pointed out during a quick routine inspection. Now a repair visit that used to take hours usually requires days, with myself having to call in for updates and finding that the car was either forgotten or number 2 or 3 in line. The past two visits have also required me to come back for a re repair after the first visit didn't solve the issue.
