My oil change appointments are so easy to schedule/drop off/trust the people working on my car

Got charged $137.00 to look at my car for 30 minutes and tell me there is $1,6000 worth of repairs in order to find the problem. Ridiculous.

I was quoted a price after they evaluated my car and it was the price quoted that I paid!! They suggested a couple of things that I should do so that it can all be done at the same time so I didn’t have to come back. So far the car is running great!!

Repeated visits to this store leave me disappointed. Lack of competent work being the #1 issue. Stop up selling and do the tasks you are being paid for correct. Very frustrating to come back multiple times after simple oil changes and tire rotations to have things like sensors corrected and windshield wiper fluid that wasn't topped off when serviced to oil leaking from not securely tightening oil plug.

Oil change took 2 1-2 hours with a scheduled appt, and they forgot I was waiting in the lobby and shut the lights off.

Brought my car in for an oil change and was told that all vital fluids were checked. Got stranded a few weeks later because my transmission fluid was EMPTY, yet wasn't leaking anywhere. Went back and they said they didn't actually check my transmission fluid. ??? Lame.

Charged me for a tire that I had a warranty on. I was told couldn't get a hold of other store ( I was there at 8 am they had my car until close) but within 5 minute after Hanging up with them verified with other store I did have a warranty. What they should of done is found my warranty than when doing oil change hit me up for the oil cleaning thing they offered me instead they tried to get me to buy all 3. I'm still waiting for refund which was supposed to take 2-3 business days.

Called 4 different times. On hold once for over 30 minutes. Last time I called the guy couldn't find the order but would call me back. Never called me back. Went to a competitor who took care of me in one call.

I called to see if they had a certain tire in stock that is on their website. Person answered the phone just said no and that was it. Did not offer to order the tires or anything. So I ended up ordering the tires from Sam's Club instead.

I was quoted 1,900 dollars for services. I called around around to 5 different shops that could do it for 600. This was an absolute joke! Parts at the other shop were 80 dollars they wanted to charge me 398.00 dollars for one part! Totally over priced. I am a woman and if i didn't do my job earache first I would have gotten taken advantage of! Do your research everyone!
