quick turn around on my oil change - but tired of being treated like a customer who is an automotive idiot... -- scare tactics and misinformation about types of oil, frequency of changes, etc. I have 5 cars and know the difference between reg oil, synth blend and full synth - my car is not going to blow up if I run a synth blend for more than 3 mos - UNLESS, the stuff you sell and install is blended with water... I cant trust them anymore with even an oil change. I a done coming to Big O!!

Terrible Service, had an appointment for 12PM for an alignment, tire patch & tire rotate. Came back at 3pm and was told it would be another "couple hours" and that they were very busy. Was told they would call as soon as it is done. 5:40 rolls around and no call. Made it to the store right before closing. Asked why they didn't call and front desk person replied "Oh, I assumed someone would call" if I had not of shown up they would of kept my car overnight. When I confronted the front desk person that they had my car for 6 hours for such a simple service they wouldn't even look me in the eyes and kept looking down and making excuses for how "busy" they are. I'm pretty sure they bumped others in front of me because my work was covered under warranty. Terrible Service and customer service definitely needs work. To top if off, the amateurs didn't even check my tire pressure in the remaining 3 tires, had to go to gas station after wards to fill up air. Very disappointed will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Waited 15 minutes to drop car off. Waited another fifteen minutes when I went to pick it up only to be told they hadn't even started working on it after 4 hours.

Lonnie was very helpful in getting my tires ordered and followed up with me as to the status of the tires. During installation, kept me informed of the progress. Andy at the desk was also very helpful and friendly.

I was a Big O customer from another state, so I was very glad to see a Big O had just opened in Lakeville. I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and to have her tire checked out as it had been leaking air. They changed the oil and said that the tire was fine. The tire had continued to leak air and would require frequent refilling. I also brought my truck in for an oil change and also requested that they check my tire as it was low on pressure. They changed my oil and said the tire was fine and that it was most likely the change in weather that was causing this. hmm.. When I picked up my truck they just handed me the keys after paying. So I asked if there was anything I needed to know about my vehicle? My reply after a few minutes of looking into it was " oh yeah, looks like your leaking oil". Didn't know that was info that I had to extract. The leaks in both vehicles continued so I brought them to a real tire shop who discovered a nail in one and a screw in the other. Big O's quality of service is the worst I have ever seen. This is also a safety risk that puts me and my family in danger. Your job matters, act like it does.

I went in to have ONE headlight replaced. When I went in to pick up the car the cost was just short of 97.00 dollars. When I asked why it was so much I was told they replaced both head lights. They DIDN'T call to get approval. I was on my way to my second job and didn't have time to dispute, this is one example of why we have t have two jobs. I will not be using Big O again as this is the second time the company has don't a poor job. The first time was when I had my tire pressure fixed and the personnel couldn't figure out how to reset the tire attention light. I had to go to another company to get that fixed.

Courteous interactions with all Big O employees. Everything was clearly communicated. Work was done within a very reasonable amount of time. I was not in a big hurry so the turnaround time was not the most critical aspect but it was clear that just because I wasn't waiting it didn't mean that it was a low priority for the shop.

Not on time, employees complaining about working, i put on new tires, bringing car back pressure diff on every tire , not balanced correct, they rushed and did not complete the job correctly very disappointed in this shop lately and have gone there since it opened

I was having my brakes looked at, from a previous recommendation. It was stated that they were still fine but they recommended some tires and an alignment, which I new the tires are starting to wear. I was thankful for there honesty and will likely be getting some tires and an alignment within the next few weeks. The brake inspection was also free of charge which was awesome. I have had my vehicle and my wife's vehicle in for service at the Lakeville store over the past months and have always left with the impression that I want to come back. Great job to all that work at the Lakeville Big O Tires.

This was possibly the last oil change Big O will perform on my vehicles. After picking up the vehicle I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I was told they were wearing more in the front than the rear. Ok, that's plausible. After coming home I could smell something like burning oil. Upon further inspection I noticed that around the oil fill area there was an abundance of oil in the motor bay. It was covering most of that side of the motor. The smell eventually went away after all of the oil had been burned off by the heat of the motor. The last item that went wrong with the service was the fact that my oil filter access/ skid plate that needs to be moved to change the oil filter was hanging down and not securely fastened. Of the 4 bolts that hold this plate on the vehicle, one was missing one was not fastened, one was broken off and the last was the only one correctly reinstalled. I was not even made aware that there was a broken bolt when paying for my oil change. I felt that the service was sub-par for what has happen in the past at this location. It seems like I was not a valued customer, but just another number in the computer.

The balancing of my custom rims was terrible and I need to go back. The technician placed silver colored Weights were they are clearly visible.

My wife brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Your mechanic left the key in the on position and drained the battery. Then you told her she had a bad battery and it should be replaced or $185, when in fact it was a new battery, less than 2 years old. She new better. Were you trying to run a scam?

The associate that checked me in was very helpful and easy to work with. After the work was complete he explained what had been done in detail. The quality of the alignment was very good. It took care of the issue I was having.
