Big O Tires

Disappointing. I was told if I came in right away at 7:30, I'd be in and out in 30-45 minutes. 50 minutes later I had to ask when my truck was going to be done...... 70 minutes later, I was out the door AND I ended up paying $12 more than I thought I would. Lack of customer service, communication and the willingness to go the extra mile are the reasons I will not be back.

Andy and the crew at Big O Tires in Lakeville, MN always do a great job taking care of me and my our vehicles. I am impressed by the price and efficiency of their services. While I was in the store waiting, Andy helped a walk-in customer with her tires and did a great job describing the products Big O Tires offers without seeming demanding or needlessly upselling her on a product she doesn't need. I'll definitely be back.

I had been attending this location for years when it was NTB and had spent $1000's over the years on 4 10+year old cars. The staff and mechanic had been excellent, showing me the repairs needed under the car, showing me the parts replaced, and providing recommendations that were needed (not just upsells). Over the past 9 months since becoming Big O Tires, I've seen the entire NTB staff replaced and the new staff cycle through. I've had numerous jobs done since the change and each seems to have gone down hill in service and support. The last one was terrible with the repair not actually solving the problem and being told "i could live with it" or pay for another repair. Looking for a new store/mechanic now.

Great service

I was told I would get new tire same day received a text at 4:58pm saying it was ready. I called at 5:07pm to ask how late they are open and Adam told me till 5pm. I asked why then would they sent me a text 2 minutes before they close and the attitude and sarcasm he used was very rude and unacceptable. I then had to wait till the following day and the manager Mike was polite and helpful.

Great responsive staff

I ordered 4 tires and had an appointment confirmed on line. Got to the store they didnt have either. I bought tires they had in stock and that went smooth. Then I get a call saying i have 2 stripped lugs and a stripped stud, i informed them that the only on to take wheels on and off that car in 3 years was them which they could see in the records. They told me it would be $216 dollars to fix what they clearly broke and didn't deny. They wanted $62.98 for 1 stud which i bought for $3.76 at the parts place down the street and $7.06 per lug nut that I got for $4.56 each. I can see the mark up on the lug nut but really $62.98 for a part I bought for $3.76 thats what I call fucking the customer oh and they wanted $134.99 in labor. It took me a total of 20 min to replace the stud. Yup I also have a lift and guess what I know a lot about cars you see I build hot rods and race cars. These people are crooks...stay away and if you must buy tires from them do not tyler them do any of the "other stuff"� whichthey happen to find on every job. I should also mention that when I went to remove the tires the lugs were way over torqued (I checked with a Snap On torque wrench and they were at 130 Ft/LB and should be no more than 100 according to the shop manual. So no wonder the dumb ass stripped my lugs and studs. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Friendly service, very open about any issues. cost is more in line with service provided.(doesn't gouge your wallet).

My tires weren't available when I showed up for my appointment so I had to come back the next day. I told the person at the desk when I came in that I wanted to keep the two tires off the front of my car. He wrote down that I wanted the back ones. Luckily I can read upside down and spotted that. They were able to swap out the tires that still had tread on them for the bald ones they had put in my car.

Our appointment was set for 4pm and we arrived just a few minutes before and our car was brought in right away. Then the service was completed very quickly so we could continue with our errands for the evening.

I was very satisfied with my Big O visit because Andy was very helpful. He made the process very easy. He clearly explained my options and the prices. In and out in 1 hour, no problem.

Andy and Jeremy did a fantastic job! Definitely gonna going back! Can always trust they know what they are doing!
