Once again, way to pull thru guys. Got myself, my boyfriend, and our best friends tires figured out last minute after there was a slashing incident :( made things super easy and got us squeezed In for a weekend appointment last minute! Appreciate you always!

Andy and corey always provide expert opinions and accurate estimates for repairs. They also communicate any issues that arise and make recommendations for preventative maintenance based on inspection.

Friendly, honest crew at the Lakeville store were very accommodating in repairing a damaged tire on the spot. I really appreciated them making room in their schedule to help me out without a wait.

The person helping was honest and professional, I think his name was Corey. I’ve been to Big O in Lakeville twice and both times he displayed excellent customer service. We bought a set of Tires for our Forester when this was an NTB shop a couple of years ago. I recently picked up a piece of metal in one tire that caused a flat. The crew at the store was extremely friendly and honored the NTB warranty, repairing my tire on the spot without any fee. I was very impressed that they were willing to check out my tire immediately, determine that a repair was possible, and get me on my way in under an hour. This has always been a great store staffed with friendly, honest people and I would recommend it to anyone.
