The Service Technician came to find me at the coffee shop next door to show me moisture in my engine and proceeded to sell me on a product that he strongly recommended to eliminate the moisture.

Everyone there is always so friendly! I need new tires and made an appointment. Although they were extremely busy, they made sure they had time to finish everything I needed! Excellent customer service

The ease of scheduling an app't, check-in and wait time was all pretty reasonable. If don't have a coupon, they usually offer one.

I have been here several times, typically in a hurry. Andy and Matt are fantastic. Andy is a very up beat guy, super positive and always respectful. Also the fella in the back with glasses and short hair that fixed my tire stem at like 7am without an appointment and wouldn't charge me and would not accept a tip. I am shocked and awed You guys rock This team is fantastic and goes well above and beyond any type of service shop I have visited. I appreciate big o tires and there service team. Your manager is not a people person.being a smart ass with a senior citizen customer that has been doing business at Big O is not acceptable. Even another employee in the room was listening and gave me an apologetic look.french fries from the day before under table to sit by. Dirty bathroom.

Kara and Andy and Cory were all helpful explaining things and going over the bill.

Product was in stock. Service team delivered on what they promised.

They checked my new tire after driving over a piece of metal. Thy removed the metal and didn't make the repair because tire was under warranty from another dealer. They did not charge me. I will be back to buy a set of tires for my truck.

Employees are always friendly. I am greeted with a smile at drop-off and pick-up every time I visit this location.

Good service

I had been experiencing trouble with the brakes and rotors I had installed in the spring. The technicians worked with me, helped troubleshoot and ultimately replaced the rotors.
