The staff is amazing

You guys have saved me on two occasions now. I had a very narrow window where I could get a new battery and you guys were booked but squeezed me in and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Matt and Andrew were fantastic!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Walked around and got a coffee while I waited (20ish minutes) for my car to be done.

I drive past 3 other Big O Tire shops to get my cars worked on and it adds up to 46 miles round trip, all because of my trust in Andy and Matt to do what is needed correctly and the first time

Friendly fast service

Stopped in to have them check my car out for a noise and my oil light flashing on briefly. The assistant manager was helpful and kind. He got my car in right away and changed the oil! Then he talkedto me about what could have been the issue. I have gone to this store as it was formerly NTB and will continue to bring my car in. Thank you!!
