I had a flat tire on the side of the road. I called and spoke with someone who was very helpful. She got me in right away to fix my tire.

James was great when it came to helping meet the happy medium when it came to cost where the tires I requested weren't available but needed to keep my current appt time so he and Abel informed me of a similar tire they had in stock and James adjusted price a little for the inconvenience as well as gave detailed info about future maintenance. The entire team was very friendly and welcoming.

I brought truck in for oil change and tire pressure issues. The team was very helpful and went over and beyond for me. Based on these experiences, is why I continue to do business with Big-O-Tires.

I was at Big O Tires recently to have a leaking tire looked at. What a great process and policy they have. The entire visit was so easy...in this day and age it needs to be easy and quick...I pulled in, they took my car to the back, I had a cup of coffee and in under 15 minutes I was out of there! They removed my tire, cleaned the rim and fixed a bead leak...FREE! Amazing!

James and his team did a great job of getting our car done. Even though I hadn't purchased the alignment package, but had it in my other vehicle he gave it to me. He also honored the oil change coupon even though I didn't have it with me. Thanks James

Adam went out of his way to get the work done for me on a Saturday, making a special trip to get the tire I needed to make the replacement. This was a huge favor and saved my weekend plans.

I came in last week, due to wire showing through my tire, they didn’t have my preferred tire but helped me decide one to get. I then came this week to do another tire and scheduled another one for next week, the customer service here has been excellent and professional, and I highly recommend them for tires, I may even come here for a battery replacement as well just from the customer service experience I have had.
