The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they kept me informed throughout the service event.

I called to prove an oil change the guy was very nice and friendly and then wen I came in he gave me this survey to take n told me if I took the survey while I waited the oil change was free! Hat was amazing news to me!

I've had several bad experiences with other tire shops around the area with damaging my vehicle. I had not been able to find a shop that could put a set of tires on my wheels without damaging them in the process. Needing my winter tires put on my wife's van, I decided to give Big O a try in Northfield. They were able to schedule a next day appointment for me and upon arrival in the morning the woman behind the counter was friendly and willing to listen to my concerns and experiences I've had in the past with other tire shops. She assured me that my vehicle would be in good hands and they would take their time to ensure no damage was done. She offered a free alignment check and also was able to accommodate my request to have the oil changed. A quick phone call later in the day alerted me of my vehicles alignment was out of spec and needed attention. I gave them the OK to proceed with the work. Later that evening I picked up the van and all was well. All four of my tires were properly installed with no damage and the oil change and alignment were completed as promised Very happy with the crew at the Northfield Big O tires. I'll be bringing my classic Trans Am to them this spring to get my tires and alignment in check Thanks!

The lady I talked to when scheduling my appointment was polite, very helpful and and followed through with all the details of the work I had requested.

Made an appointment with no issues, dropped off my car and was told that they would call me with any issues, there were none. They called me when the car was done, I arrived at the store, paid and was on my way. Very pleased.
