Jordan informed me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. It was handled nicely. Dakota and Zach were also helpful with any questions I had.

Big O Tires was not the first place i called. turns out, not everyone do tires or has any. So happy they were close by and were very nice and chill. Called, Mike picked up, told me to come right now and it was smooth sailing after that. Also very happy they had tires in stock. They changed all 4 in a couple of hours. I was impressed with the quality of work and the speed of service.

I didn't catch the tech's name, but he caught the tire difference that was received. Cheng solved my problem and got new tires in later in the day and I was finally able to have a nice new set of tires for my nice rims. Cheng also worked his magic and got ahold of people within the network to get my Big O Tires Credit Card info and was able to use it to pay for my tires.
