I called. You had my tire in stock. I came in right away and was served without an appointment. It was 45 minutes from the time I came until I left.

Had a slow leak in a tire purchased here, they found a nail in it, and they fixed it for free while I waited. I didn't expect service like that. They were really nice about it, too. When I was here two years ago, the staff was different and not very helpful. Promised one tire brand, then switched it and I didn't get a rebate deal. I was not happy. But this experience more than made up for it, and I'll be coming back here for tires in the future. THANK YOU.

I was treated as if i was the only person there

We called on a Saturday morning to see if we could get a certain brand of tires, A gentleman named Kevin told us he could get them, but the tires were at a different location and he would send a runner to the other store to get them, All we had to do was come in. So about a half hour later we arrived and those tires were waiting for us! We told him we need to be out the door by 12:30 and he made sure that happen, What a great experience. This employees were super, friendly and worked like a well oiled machine. I was very happy with my experience and will pass this store along to friends and family for their tire needs. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ! As A FORMER discount tire customer. I will now continue my business with this store.

This visit was 100% improvement from the last time i had my oil changed here. Kevin was very nice and personable. I was really nervous getting my oil changed here because the last time i got my car done here back in like 2019 it wasn't a good experience. Kevin, Cameron, and Jordan provided an amazing customer experience!

Very responsive during the phone call to set up the appointment, and tire leak issue was resolved very quickly at the time of the appointment.

Very helpful at the last minue

I had experienced frequent leaks at the valve stems and around the bead of the tire where it meets the inside lip of my wheels. The reason I had to keep coming back was because there was some peeling happening on the wheel (where the valve stem comes through and the inside lip of rim). The young man working on my car that night has integrity. He did it right(cleaned off the sharp/peeling flakes before resetting the bead and sending me on my way). All the other times (likely a half dozen times) the repair was not done correctly. The associates did the job right and have renewed my faith in the organization. Great work!!

We were on our way out of town and had an unexpected flat tire. Upon arrival we noticed that they were very busy and were worried that we have to wait for hours. To my surprise, the two managers sprung into action and repaired the tire for us and got us back on the road with only a minor delay. Great service and responsiveness from Tiffany and Kenney!!!!!

I got in and out quickly, the customer service was friendly, and no attempts to up-sell me were made.
