I've been living in the area my entire life and this was my first experience taking a vehicle to this location, which upset me because I've gone this entire time without knowing about the service. I bought a new truck and don't know much about it and brought it in for a wheel alignment. The staff was so team oriented, it was really cool to see them all working together, and after the appointment, the mechanic took me to the vehicle and walked me through what he found while working on the truck, and the work to be done around it. He told me exactly what to do if I took a certain route to repair and even pointed out the projects that I'd be able to do to save some money. This team is something I've never seen before in all my years of taking a vehicle into a shop. They're extremely friendly but aren't going to shy away from telling me what the issue is. After my appointment, I called my mom, 2 sisters, my group of friends, and my own family that this is the shop that I want all vehicles brought to moving forward because they truly look out for the customer.

They always tell me good news about my car when I bring it in. Most recently I thought there was a leak in my car's reservoir but they said it was basically a gas bubble causing it and my car just needed to be "burped". I usually expect to pay something for their service but they always tell me its free which definitely helps a broke college girl

Amazing! After Autonation had "fixed"� our tire the week before, the tire was down 14 pounds again. I drove there at the opening to see if they could look at it and the representative told me it would take a couple hours. I left Autonation and stopped at Big O based upon a referral. 30 minutes later my tire was fixed and it was free! Amazing! You earned a customer today!!!

Every associate I worked with was friendly and professional. Big shout-out to Jessica and Rachell for going above and beyond to help me find tires that fit my requirements.

Tiffany, did a great job.Had a non repairable puncture. We could not find a supplier with the same tire. Worked out a matching set and got them installed right away. Will definitely go back .
