Female personnel assisted me. Very friendly, informative. I didn't wait longer than 30 mins. Last wait was over an hour for same service. This bill listed all that was done.

very friendly customer service. took care of the tire installs in a timely manner. called to let me know what additional needed to be done. had them replace a tie rod before alignment. has never rode better. I was looking for a repair shop for my four vehicles and now I have one. will be using for my future tires and repairs.

I had a shredded tire and it was fixed fast. Jessica made the experience significantly more enjoyable

I had originally gone to a different location to have a headlight bulb replaced since Oakdale was closed at the time. The other location wouldn't replace my headlight bulb because the wire that held the bulb in place was missing. Even after ordering compatible replacement wires (myself) they still couldn't get the wire to work. I was told I would need to find an old headlight for my car just to get this one piece. So I went back to Oakdale and Jessica, Rachell, and Zach...made it work!!! I knew they could do it...this store rocks and is the best. Will not go any where else and highly recommend Oakdale for the vehicle and customer service.

The staff was EXCELLENT! Out front, Rachelle & Jessica were very friendly and quite professional. Zack, who did my wheel alignment, answered all my questions about how the job went. As I sat in the waiting room I noticed how other customers were dealt with when they came in for a few different issues and they got the same courteous service I did. I will not hesitate to go back to this Big O shop, or to recommend it to others folks.

The store has a new Manager now and she is awesome! The old manager put load range D tires on my 3/4 ton truck and was dangerous when towing stuff around. She corrected the issue and got me a good set of tires with the proper load range. I can't thank the whole team enough for making things right and I'm very happy with the results!

they were able to finish my request within an hour of check in. i was really in a pinch and everywhere else is really busy since the first snow storm.
