There were no unexpected surprises at check out and the leak in my rear passenger tire was fixed free of charge. And the dash warning that says "low tire pressure" no longer shows & no longer comes on.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I visited the store for an oil change and knew that I needed new tires before the snow comes so I inquired about the financing options available to take advantage of the buy 2, get 2 offer. My application for the BigO credit card took only about 10 minutes and I was approved for an amount that will cover new tires and a brake job that is needed. This store is always clean and hospitable. Car shops can be intimidating for women and the folks here are patient with explanations of work that needs attention on my vehicle. Thank you.

Friendly staff; they know me by name... they know my mom by name! The folks that have been there together for a while now are beginning to grow closer and as a result they get along well, communicate efficiently and makes for an all-around-better experience. Attitude is a very large part of anything - these folks have a great attitude about what they do and I trust them with my car.

I bought tires in March of this year for our 2006 Satrun. When my kids returned form college I noticed there was hardly any tread on the tires. There is only 8000 miles on these BF Goodrich tires. Basically the whole front end has been replaced. I had the car aligned in Duluth before school was out for the summer. They checked the alignment, however the alignment was really off like it was never done. Big O backed up the tires. They put 2 brand new tires on the front. I had to pay for the alignment of course. My car was probably never aligned in Duluth. Thank you Big O for backing up your products

Wonderful improvement over what it was a year ago.

I went in two get two new tires and beforehand I called to make sure the tires I wanted were in stock but they weren't so Dj kindly offered to order them and let me know when they arrived to make an appointment which I really appreciated. All the guys were super friendly! It did take a little longer than I had anticipated but with the great work and friendliness of the staff it wasn't a big deal at all. I will definitely be returning.

Everything went smoothly. I always come back because the work is done right and if its not they always make sure to fix it again no questions asked.
