I went to the Big O in Oakdale, MN for this visit. Previously I have gone to the Cottage Grove, MN location. I was very happy to see the customer service just as good at the Oakdale location as the Cottage Grove. They were able to get me out in the time frame promised. The technician that worked on my car was exceptional!!! He was clear and concise about what had happened, what it took to fix it, and about future repairs and maintenance. Thank you for the great service.

Nice work on my tire alignment!

The tech noticed that the last place did not put the oil plug in very tight and I had oil leaked all over the underside of my car. He took the time to clean it off for me. The gal at the front desk was very concerned and said she would handle it on her end with the other location and thankfully nothing happened to my car.

The staff is always so friendly. You have a great group of people working there.

EVERYTHING WENT TO MY SATISFACTION.

I brought in a wheel off the car to have the tire fixed. The staff was very nice. I dropped it off around 9:30 and they told me it would be ready around 3. It was ready right after lunch and holds air now. 4 stars because nobody was in the front when I came in either time, the waiting area is "ok" but could be brightened up/updated. The tire repair is perfect but I had to re-clean my chrome wheel due to residue from the repair. I worked as a mechanic for about 20 years and the little details impress car guys like me and others who pay money for special wheels etc. When the finished product looks good it makes a real impression.

I called and made an appointment to have four new tires put on my car. I arrived at the schedule time and was in and out in just over an hour. Even though it was later in the day on a Friday, everyone was cheerful and very helpful. I am very satisfied with the product and service. After a terrible experience with another tire company in the past, my experience with Big O Tires was refreshing and I felt valued as a customer.

They are fair and go out of there way to help, They are very accommodating, Respectful and very helpful. They know their stuff and the prices are really reasonable I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Brought in a flat tire w/o a appt. No problem. Fixed within a couple of hours and no charge. Very friendly and helpful.
