My last visit was for an oil change but they found I had a bad wheel bearing that was imminent for my wheel to fall off. I appreciated that they could fix this the next day and it turned out to be hard to replace but the mechanic stuck it out and got the job done.

The customer service was excellent, I had to reschedule my appointment for later in the day and they were completely accommodating, they kept looking until the tiny screw embedded in the tire was found and got me on my way quickly. The charge was very minimal. It was a good experience, and I will go back for tire-related service in the future.
