Brett, the service manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the issues are that I was having with my vehicle. The shop technician that worked on my vehicle had me in and out a lot sooner than I was expecting. And I also just want to add that I am happy this location is reopened and the new employees working here are very helpful explaining what they believe was going on and getting right to work.

Great service

I was in Red Wing with 4 other people and had an accident with a curb and cut a tire in two places. I could not believe the service I received. It turned out I had to replace all 4 tires because I had all wheel drive and they could not match my existing tires. They happened to have a sale and I got one tire free. They had us back on the road within an hr. They asked that I stop by the next morning so they could check the torque before we travel back home. That was a Sunday. We stopped back and sure enough they did it right away and we were on our way home. The service was by far the best experience I have ever had with any car repair. Thank you to all staff. Oh and I like the tires better than the ones I had which were only two years old.
