Called in the afternoon from MPLS needing to travel to La Crosse same-day. I got a flat in MPLS & drove to Red Wing on a donut. Brett’s service was friendly & top-notch. As a woman, I usually feel a little intimidated coming into any kind of auto service place. Brett spoke with me directly & respectfully and answered any questions I had. If I lived in the area, I would change service shops. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area! I called a few other shops and this was the only shop able to get me in. Thank you so much for turning a very stressful situation into an easy solution!

We were caught unexpectedly with an irreparable tire puncture. Tiffany and her team did not have a replacement. They jumped on finding one and got it shipped and on in a couple of hours. Did I mention this was a Saturday and we were in the area touring. The team was VERY customer-focused and got us back and on the road.

Smooth service

This was a reach for me to shift from service shop to service shop. They have gained my trust. I will continue to use this location based on my experience and the way they treated myself and folks that stopped in while I waited.
