Kevin Berg and the other associates were incredibly friendly, and Kevin very clearly explained the issues my car was having, identified the different parts, gave me recommendations and helped me understand my options.

it seems my truck likes to break down on the weekends so it was very nice to see that Big O Tires was open while alot of other shops are closed on sat. They were able to fix my trucks hub assembly and breaks in a decend amount of time, Thank You Big OnTires!!
