Great experience. I had a flat tire that needed repair and I typically visit the Firestone down the street to service my vehicle. They didn't have any availability this morning however so I went over to BigO to see if they could get me in. They got me in almost immediately and repaired my car within the hour. Firestone expected me to leave my car there for up to 2 days before they could get to it. Was very surprised and glad to get it taken cared of so quickly. And my satisfaction doesn't end there. Duane and the technician were extremely friendly, had a nice time talking with Duane as my car was being repaired. The tire was fixed perfectly and have had no issues with it since. And the price was far lower than I expected. Overall a great experience and I will be sure to return instead of going to Firestone next time.

Problem with right rear door lock on a 2008 Honda CR-V was at first something the desk person was not familiar with but she found the proper part and ordered it. Unfortunately, no time to replace it that same day so brought car back next day but staffing issue could potentially delay it another day. Manager Kenney Currie said he would try to get it done so left car anyway. Pleased then to learn the door lock was replaced and successfully repaired within the next three hours. Kudos and thanks to Kenney and the tech for their help!
