I had an emergency and came when the store was closing. The person at the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. The Technician/installer was also very courteous and helpful. Considering this was after closing, I was very appreciative of the help and service. My tire got patched and it was enough to get me home. You have some very good and professional people there and I appreciate it very much. Thank you!

Great service

Paul was able to get me in same day. He was honest and let me know what issues I may see next visit. I was a little late to pick up and he even chatted with me a bit about hobbies and the area.

Very clean inside and the staff is awesome they are super friendly I usually go to big O tires in Fridley which they are nice there too but I think I'm gonna start going to the one in st.louis park they are better in my opinion Thank you St.Louis park staff!!

Delivered excellent service

The Big O, that I take my car to for service, has always been great. Whether Ive had an appointment, or just stopped in, they have always been very prompt in servicing my car. The staff there is kind, and helpful.

My car was intermittently not starting, so I drove up and parked outside the back maintenance stall, walked in and the mechanic said to just drive in and he would take a look immediately. He popped the hood, took a battery reading and said the battery level was really low. The manager came out and asked what the situation was and recommended a new battery, which I purchased and they installed. I asked if the price was comparable to the market prices and he assured me there was not a huge mark up. I felt comfortable and confident as I have been to this location before and have recommended my friend to go there as well as they do more than just 'tires'. This location has repaired a tire and installed my windshield wipers for free and in this age of overpricing and 'what's in it for me' I really appreciate the great customer service and fair pricing. You are a great addition to St. Louis Park and I would recommend your services to anyone. You have a great service team - please don't change!

Very courteous front service and technician staff. Technician explained in details the work to be done and options. Also got Veteran discount which was very patriotic of Big O.

I made an appointment to get my tire replaced using the warranty I previously bought. The associate (Beau) was very friendly and straightforward. The service took very little time and I was pleased with the entire experience.
