Much better than the other twin cities locations.

Friendly, personable staff. Clean store. Work completed on time as promised. Car returned spotless. Excellent quality of work performed. If you have an issue, bring it back and they'll fix it. The only place we now take our 4 vehicles.

Customer service has always been top notch at this Big O location. There was not anyone on staff to check my alignment, but was offered to do it the next day.

Took my car in because I had a screw in my tire. They fixed it while I waited without an appointment and didn't charge me. Said the first one was free. Very excellent customer service, I will be back.

I definitely recommend coming to this BigO tires location. I had done a lot of research over the week, made plenty of calls, and glad I ended up here. The lady at the counter was so helpful and made the place comfortable. That's important because it's somewhere you'll be for a while. I got the best deal around, and the technician covered all bases and let me know everything to watch out for regarding my car (I have a couple of minor fixes to do) Thanks for everything! Christina

I needed to get my tire fixed, it happen to be just a cap problem. They were very nice to me and did not charge for checking over the tire to make sure nothing else was wrong with the tire. I will be going back to have other work done.

Bob at the desk was great, and the technician came out to tell me that he found a nail in the tire, but could fix it for free. When I returned the car to its owner she said 'oh, that's probably why the light was on'. Thanks Big O

Quick. No wait to get in.

The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I went in because my tire was low, they fixed the problem and said no charge for the 1st tire fix. I will be going back for other services I will need on the car. The place is clean, they have coffee, TV and lots of seating.
