The staff is always friendly and always try to accommodate when possible.

I brought my car in for an oil change. I expressed my concerns with my breaks. Gary was very prompt, took my car for a test drive. I was informed that my back breaks were in need of replacement. The oil was changed and back breaks were replaced all within 1.5 hours. My car is now safe to be on the road. The team at Big O Tires are professional yet personable. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you for your service.

Bob is amazing!! My daughter was having some issues with her car and I needed to get her car in as soon as possible. I called Bob and he informed me that he was completely booked but that he would squeeze us in. When we brought the car in and he pulled up the records and noticed that the car had been in before for the same issues, he informed me that he was going to have his top mechanic take a look at her car. Gary saved the day and fixed my daughter's car and she was able to get back on the road. Knowing that when I have car issues for either myself or my kids, all I need to do is call Bob and he will make sure it's taken care of gives me such peace of mind!! Thank you Bob and Gary!!!

I believe "Jeff"� helped me the day I came in for an oil change. He was very friendly and knowledgable and gave me a rundown on what I do/do not need to get my vehicle ready for winter. I appreciate him explaining things and keeping me informed. Excellent, fast service on my vehicle as well. In and out of the store in 30 mins. Thank you guys!

Great service good price

I brought my truck in on a Sunday morning to get the tire patched from a screw. I had tried setting up an appointment online but there wasn't any availability. Being that it was a work truck and I couldn't drive it with a flat tire, I just asked if I could leave it there. The receptionist said that they would try to fit it in even though again, I didn't have an appointment. I left and about an hour later, received a call that it was fixed. I went to pick it up and they said my first fix was free. Great way to manage clients' expectations and then over deliver on service!
