Big O Tires

When a mechanic tell you there is a bigger problem and sends you somewhere else cause he can't help you. Without charging you anything, this is refreshing and should be the norm but sad to say is not. Thank You BigOTires St Louis Park. For honest and fair service.

Checked my sensor , reset it , and filled up my spare , no charge . Very satisfied .

Good Stuff! I originally went there for an oil change. They spotted an issue I already knew about and I decided that since this place has a decent mechanic I decided to get my repair and alignment done. Now, i do have to say, the ball joint that was replaced was marked up 150%. That was a bit much. I was strongly considering sourcing my own parts because of this. However, i understood this is a place of business and I wanted to support the people who were managing the store by going ahead with the repair. The repair was accomplished within the day and the alignment was great! They fixed my problem and I was able to get the repair done on credit. (I have the money however, I have a 750 limit per day off of my card. So i just got the card and moved on with the soon to be even better credit score.)

Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Greeted by a friendly, cheerful service writer. Mechanic overheard me describing the issue I was having and that another Big O location had recently blown me off saying there was nothing wrong. The mechanic said lets go for a drive and tell me what I'm hearing? We came back and he put the car up on the hoist and immediately found the problem, a hunk of metal in the tread! The other location had just balanced the tires and told me there was nothing wrong! He removed it and patched the tire at no charge! I was very happy with the service I received at this location.
