Everyone was very friendly and I received the service/repair I came in for.

I came to have a flat repaired. The mechanic discovered that the tire was fine; the stem just needed to be tightened. He tightened all 4 tires and inflated the flat, all as a complimentary service! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!

The guys did a great job on my 2006 fusion. My inner tie rod might have needed replacement, and likely will next alignment, but your mechanic TJ (I think) took the time and managed to give me more time to save money for the replacement. I will continue my patronage to BigO. TJ, AJ, Paul and Amral were the guys I came into contact that day. Give them kudos for their work
