Big O Tires

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and went grocery shopping. I received a call when leaving the grocery store my vehicle was ready. It was done in less than one hour.

Joel Phillips was a class act, problem solved with expertise, highest marks for customer service and communication - friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I got there early before 9am very quiet. They had everything done and I was on my way. Great job!

Joel was very helpful and keeped me updated on what was happening with my car the whole time and he was great people skills

I set up 2 appointments on the same day different times. My first appointment was deleted from the master schedule. I was told it was too early and no mechanics.

I was quotes two hours to change my tires and get an oil change and it took over three hours! The "�alignment "� took an hour in itself.

Employees were all very friendly. It was very busy when I was there and they took the time to help everyone waiting on their vehicles or picking them up. I couldn't believe how quickly they did the repairs on my vehicle. Brittany was at the counter and explained every detail about my repairs. John the mechanic explained what he did to my truck. He even reset everything for me! I definitely will be coming back!

Had tires put on different Rims, appointment was at 9:00 they got me in on time, once they were done they drove the car around presented me my keys, I paid and went to my car, started my car and noticed the low air pressure warning was on, so they never mention to Me about the new rims not having the Tire pressure sensors in them, like my previous ones had, only after I got out and went back to ask why the warning lights were on, then I was told I needed to drive it so the pressure would build up and the lights would go out, so I left and then I get a call saying that I needed to order some Tire pressure sensors because they rims didnt have those in them, so I called back and asked if they could use the sensors from the previous rims, I was told no the wouldn't fit I would have to order new one's at $65.00 a piece, So I go to Discount tires and they told Mn e theu could put the ones from my previous rims into the new ones( you guys said they wouldn't fit) But Discount tires also explained to me that those sensors have a Battery that only last about 7 years and if they put those in my rims I just had put on, they could go out any time and it would be a waste of money cause I would have to put new ones in anyway. So it would have been nice if Big O would have mentioned all of that to me while I was there instead of pulling my car around giving me the key knowing the low pressure warning was on when they pulled it around to me.

Joel Phillips have great customer service. Explained me all the services and also recommended me the best alignment service option for my aging car. John Stephens is a great and trusted technician. John always provide honest advice and genuinely cares for the well being of each of the cars I bring in . Overall awesome staff.

I had an appointment confirmed online, but it was not found in the computer system. The employee told me that I would just have to wait longer. She wound up putting me in the spot of someone else who didn't show, so my wait was actually not much more than an hour. When it was finished, I was recommended to get new brake pads. When I asked further questions about this, the employee at the front desk did not have any answers. There were no measurements for the brake pads given to me, just "recommend replaced"�. It is a certified pre-owned car that I just bought three months ago, when the brake pads were over half thickness. Not sure if the staff was trying to pull a fast one on me, but it sure seems that way since no details were given.

I came to the Brooklyn Center Big O to have spare tire replaced with new tire. Brittany took the time to find the purchase date of my tires, and the warranty was still in place, saving me lots of money. Thanks, Brittany, for going that extra mile for me!

The whole staff is absolutely wonderful. They are there to make sure customers are happy and John the mechanic that does work on my vehicle is wonderful. And a big plus is they don’t overcharge or try to sell a service that you really don’t need. The honesty is refreshing.

This was the third time that the maintenance guys did not reset my oil and tyres meters. Th time I did after the name was changed it was done. I even called the attention of the one that check me in but to o no avail. Therefore, I am not sure of coming back to you guys.
