Service was excruciating slow. He repeated to me the details of my previous oil change. The check in for an oil change took 12 minutes! Then he tried to up sell me new tires. Ugh. Furthermore, the parking lot was full of snow (unplowed). The store was dirty and unprofessional. Sad state of affairs really.

I had a coupon from the local paper and it was for a winter package which included Dismount mount alignment and balance for 3995 when it came time to get the alignment they said I had to buy a warranty for $90 I will never go back to your company again for that

Mechanic was very descriptive on what needed to be repaired. Store manager was friendly and communicated the parts needed and the extra time it would take. They took great care of me. I'll be back!

The manager of this branch is very nice and the techs were very personable. Reasonable waiting time and good communication as to return time. Good value for my age of car.

I made an appointment to get 4 tires and to check my alignment. The gentleman (Dwayne) behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Even went and got a tire to show me what a different brand looked like. He was good. However there were a few things that weren't the greatest. For instance, 1) I was asked to write my information down (addy, email, etc) assuming so that it could be entered into the system. 2) There were issues with the system itself where the employee went back and forth between 2 computers which slowed things down. 3) I had scheduled an appointment to get tires but store ended up not having the tires I select. Appointment was at 11:30, we talked for about 15 minutes and settled on a set of tires. Then was told that work had started right away. I went to lunch then came back. At 1:40 my truck was still on the lift and so I asked if we could start the paperwork to pay because it was taking a long time. I thus did not have time to have the alignment checked because I had to go back to work. It was about 2:00.

I came to get my front strut springs replaced and 1 new inner and 1 new outer tie rod. I was quoted $1088.00 on the phone. When I came to pick up my car after it was fixed, I was told that my total was $1400. The woman who quoted me on the phone forgot to add the second strut spring to my quote... I obviously had to pay the $1400 because the work had already been completed. This was very frustrating and I will not be back due to the lack of attention to detail in my original quote.

The service was to rotate and balance tires, plus perform one of the 6 alignments in the package that I paid for. Getting the appointment was easy and the work was done well and on time.

everything that was a courtesy they did not do such as tire rotation, brake inspection, top off other fluids, no belt and hose inspection, last but not least no battery and tire check. If so I was not informed about anything that was going bad or that needed to be replaced. POOR POOR POOR courtesy checks. I rather go to FIRESTONE across the street at least they do the courtesy check and follow up with the customer.......

James Gallob was the only tech on duty the day of my oil change. In addition to the oil change, the left rear turn signal was not working, and he fixed that also. My wait for the vehicle was only 1/2 hour. Great work, James! Thanks so much!

I was happy with the Tire rotation service until an inspection of the car revealed a missing hubcap and a damaged hubcap. A follow up with the desk rep, followed by a discussion with the manager indicated they are not likely to accept any responsibility/liability although further contact with the corporate office was promised.
