Big O Tires

My car was damaged while I was getting work done. I left it over night they was supposed to bring it in the next day. They checked my car, called me about the work that need done. But it was the same thing I told them and I still got charged the diagnostic. After I told them to do the front end work and I'll come back to get the other work done. They finished later that day. When I arrived at Big O Tires they said nothing about the damage. I seen the damage immediately as I approached the building. I ask them about the damage and they told me it came in loke that. Then I walked them to the car and told them that before I dropped my car off to them, my car was not damaged to the point I can't open my passenger front door. Now I can't get in my car, and they over charged me on labor. I will make it my life goal to make sure no one ever does business with u guys. Instead of feeling reliefs from getting my car fix, now I worried about professional are just as bad as "street mechcanic". And to lie in my face and tell me I'm wrong when I'm a $1300+ at one time paying customer. Thanks but no thanks. You guys suck at customer service...

They were able to fit their service into my busy schedule. The service I received was very high quality, friendly, and very concise. I will definitely be visiting again whenever more automotive needs arise.

Appointment was for an oil change and to have my snow tires changed over to my regular tires. Results were: 1. The oil change was missed entirely. 2. The sidewalls of my remounted regular tires and the rims of my wheels were left covered with bead lube/sealer. 3. No mention that my $88 tire service was going on sale the next day for $40.

Super fast service

I sat their I had a 1 o'clock appointment And I sat their for 2 hours for a oil change. On the coupon it said free tire rotation included and they didn't do it, bad service and theybwere over booked

The staff is great, friendly and efficient. My car was serviced within minutes of my arrival and the waiting time for my service to be completed was timely.

I had a really awful experience at Big O Tires, i made an appointment and no one had the materials for my car that i needed. I was spoken to very rudely and didn't appreciate it. I won't be coming back because I made an appointment and was very busy that day and I had to cancel meetings.

They are fast and easy going. They make sure I need is done in a timely matter.

Oil change Appointment scheduled for 230 pm. Left store at 21/2 hours later. Poor communication regarding hold up. Very unhappy and disappointed about the service especially the communication.

The front desk girl and the mechanics were very friendly. The service I was getting and that was needed in the future was explained thouroughly.

I came in for the oil change coupon, once I got there I found the $24.99 coupon for synthetic oil change was a trick. Most people assume that is the synthetic oil change not a synthetic blend. I feel I was tricked once there I got the higher oil change but I will not be returning. Bait and Switch

I needed a slow leak in tire needed repair most places you can get a tire repair it usually leave tire come back my visit was on a Thursday went to firestone right wanted me to leave it comeback Saturday went to Big I said he could should take less than an hour

Damaged my truck and still waiting to get it fixed. Still paid for the oil change and they didn't even put enough oil in was short a Quart of oil

Great Customer Service Scott is absolutely great at explaining things … and Brittany is great as well…. I love it here I have been coming here for years even with new management But I love Scott !!!!!

Someone at the shop stole my all my quarters worth about $10. I am not happy about this. Would never go to Big O Tire again.

Friendly Staff

I've been very happy with the employees at this location before but this visit was terrible.

The service was done in the time frame I was told and was notified if anything happened like replacing a tpms sensor
