Very friendly staff, I did not get the tires I originally wanted but got a pair similar but a little more expensive when I made the appointment for those specific tires

I came in after work unexpectedly, because of a terrible noise coming from my rear passenger back wheel. Aj figured out my caliber was stuck on my brake. He took the time to explain the problem and fixed it. Turned out I needed new rotors and brake pads. Needless to say he was there after closing time to get me back on the road safely. Thank you!

The representative at this Big O location named Joshua was very polite and helpful. He made me feel like my situation was as important to him as it was to me. That goes a long way when I am spending a high amount of money for products and services such as the ones Big O offers. He was careful to make sure I understood the products and services available to me as well as the cost associated with them. He did his best to accommodate my schedule, which I'm sure was not simple and easy on a Friday at a shop that has a full schedule. It was an all around pleasant experience. And I believe that has a lot to with your employee Joshua. Thank you!
