Big O Tires

Very professional, fast service, prices are good, I had to leave my vehicle overnight and they made sure they brought my car inside the garage so nothing happened to it sitting outside overnight.

I've had multiple good experiences with Big O. Dan is absolutely amazing, and currently doing great customer service at the Crystal shop on W. Broadway. Because I had brought tires there for repair in the past, he fixed my tire this time (leaky tire valve) for free. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO BIG O, because they are professional and cost effective.

My appointment time was honored as scheduled. I waited for my service to be completed and it was on time as per manager's instruction. All went well. The only thing not completed was my request to reset the "service needed" function in the car so that it would properly set up for my next interval. I had to figure out how the reset procedure was operated and reset it myself.

The two ladies that greeted me was so respectful it was like I was being greeted at home by one of my family members I love this location this location will forever have my business ? Thank you so much

My husband and I brought my vehicle in for the anti-freeze and coolant special. My car was done in less than one hour. That was good service.

We needed a battery & they were so very accommodating to help us as we just stopped by without an appointment because someone had just given us a jump to get our started & we were not wanting to drive too far.

my vehicle was towed in 20 minutes before closing . They stayed after closing time and fix both of my bad tires . It was very thankful for that!!

The service was quick and easy. The workers were friendly. I waited for my vehicle to get done. The wait was not long and the price was reasonable.
