Horrible! Was overcharged for labor . Was told cheaper parts were not available then after service was done was told they added the front alignment (without my knowledge or approval) and that they cost would be the same because they put on cheaper parts (again without my knowledge or approval). Would have given a 1 start but software did not allow.

I was highly satisfied with my service although one of my wheels was bent and I'm not sure how it happened because it wasn't there previously. They offered to try and fix it ,but it wasn't fixed completely even though they tried to flatten it out.

The did not have the correct tires when I got to my appointment. I had to go to another store the next day and leave my car there all day to get two new tires

On Sunday, October 13th, 2019 I awoke to a flat tire. I was able to get the vehicle to the Crystal location and they repaired the tire. However, I awoke Monday morning to the same tire being flat. I live in Illinois seven hours away so I had a long drive. I was told and shown that there was a second hole and it was too close to the first one to repair. I asked if we could just put the spare on. I was told the spare was a 17 inch and my wheels are 20 inch so they said they didn't recommend making the drive with the spare so I paid $219 for a new tire. Tuesday morning, I went to the my normal mechanic and he said the spare would have been fine. Yes it is 17 inch but the overall diameter is the same as my 20's and the technician should have known that. I guess it is just a $219 lesson learned. Lisa was very courteous and helpful as was Aaron on Sunday. I just wish I had put the spare on and drove home. Oh well. Lesson learned.

I made an appointment for 3:30pm and my car wasnt looked at until 5:30pm. I don't feel that my time was valued since I made an appointment for a specific time and it wasn't honored. The staff in the store were friendly, I'm just disappointed that my appointment time wasn't honored.

I went in to have my snow tires swapped out for my summer tires. It took longer than expected at over an hour; one of the techs even said the guy doing my car was taking a long time so he jumped in to help. When they were finished and I went back out to my car, it wouldn't start, which I just found suspicious. They wasted time repeatedly trying to jumpstart the battery even though they literally told me it was not the battery because it was checked twice and was fine prior to the jumpstart attempts. I was told that it was the starter and they would need to replace it. Then I was told that their tech had left for the day and it may not get done until tomorrow morning. I'm not sure why the tech is leaving before they close. I told them I needed the car at 9 am the following morning, and they told me that they would come in at 8 to put the new starter in and get it done by 9. I come in promptly at 9 am and they tell me they're still waiting on a part and they failed to notify me, so that was a waste of time. I appreciate the discounts and free oil change they gave me for my inconvenience, but the whole thing was extremely frustrating.

I waited 25 minutes on hold and was not called when the car was done and then rushed out the door after I paid. I also saw items on the bill that wasn't approved beforehand or explained what the charges are for. I'll be looking for another garage.

came in with internet coupon for 17.99, showed check in person the coupon, realized days later i was missing a valve stem cap, and was only given credit for 19.99 coupon. my rear brake has been rubbing/grinding for over a week, no grinding noted in inspection despite tons of visible brown dust residue on rim. i was expecting a report like the one tires plus does where they measure and document on their inspection teed depth of all four tires. all in all a disappointing first impression of big o reflected at this location. i thought the check in damage report was a joke, they go around marking any damages on a paper, get your signature on the bottom, then retain the paper so there is nothing stopping them from adding additional damages caused by them during service.

Dec 8, 2019 11:00AM, Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was notified that it was completed around 12PM. On the way home, I noticed that the engine was louder than before service and there was oil/gas smell from the ventilation. At home, I lifted the hood to check for the noise. I found oil spew all over the engine compartment and the hood. The engine oil cap was missing and the oil was spew out from it. Gingerly, I drove back to the service place. I pointed out the problem to the person who performed the oil change (Cameron). He remembered where he had put the oil cap, near the battery. After a bit of struggle, he managed to get it from the bottom of the car. Once my car was moved inside the garage, the other technician spent time clean up the mess and the oil was refilled. I was quite upset with the service. It consumed a lot of my time and put my engine at risk.

I was very impressed with the helpfulness and courtesy of the young lady working the service desk, and the mechanic servicing my vehicle was quick and professional. Despite them being extremely busy they fit in all the service I needed, and I noticed they accommodated everyone else; working on everyone's vehicles well after their scheduled closing time.

We know they didn't inflate any of our tires to specifications and didn't recommend any more maintenance that had to done on our vehicle

Worst service ever. They messed up alignment on my 07 suburban and when promised to order new tire didn't even give us a tire that matched the others we bought. Embarrassing
