Big O Tires

Only one of the three services I paid for was performed. Had to go to a different store to get the job finished. Why waste my time and money if you won't do what I paid for?

Very Good experience. Had four tires mounted in a very short time at a reasonable price. Kaila handled customer service professionally and contacted me promptly when vehicle was ready for pick up.

Service manager was extremely rude. He talked about customers after they left. The oil change was supposed to come with a free tire rotation and it wasnt done because I have dots on the tires so I would know. Took over an hour for an oil change when they weren't busy. Stood in the entryway for 10 mins before I was greeted because nobody was around. Wont be coming back

Received an oil change when my appointment was for a ball joint replacement and brake fluid exchange.

Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Requested a tire rotation online and in person. When I picked up my truck the tires were not rotated and the person that did the oil changed lied and said he did the rotation. I had the pictures to prove it was not done. I cannot trust this place for any future work

they are very good at what they do, they will always try to get in as soon as they can. they will always check your tires no matter what the weather is like, ice cold or lots of snow.

Great sevice. Was told I could bring my vehicle back to have the tires rotated since I only had time for the oil change at the time. Will be bringing my vehicle back here for any kind of service that I need. This area needs a service shop like Big O since every other shop takes advantage of you. Keep up the good work.
