Only drawback was that my set of Jeep tires were not in stock. I had to wait 5 days for them to be shipped in, so I was without my vehicle.

they are very good at what they do, they will always try to get in as soon as they can. they will always check your tires no matter what the weather is like, ice cold or lots of snow.

Great sevice. Was told I could bring my vehicle back to have the tires rotated since I only had time for the oil change at the time. Will be bringing my vehicle back here for any kind of service that I need. This area needs a service shop like Big O since every other shop takes advantage of you. Keep up the good work.

I did have to wait a little extra time, however I prefer them take thier time to do it right than to rush through the work. Overall great customer service!

I got an oil change with no sticker. My tires were put on and then given to me all under inflated. When I got in the lobby nobody was there to help.

No one wants to buy new tires. Especially after only 20k miles. Jim at Big o tires made the process easy and enjoyable. The environment was so casual, I definitely suggest going to this place for all of your tire needs.

We went in the store to order tires. The person working did not seem too friendly. The tires we wanted were on back order and we were told they would be in in a week or two. Called after 2 weeks, the man just said not here yet. Called on the third week. nope, still on back order. I think he could've offered a different tire or service and did not until I asked if there were any others that were in stock I could get. I kinda had to pry the info out of him. I was really disappointed in the customer service that was provided. We went to discount tire and got right in and they were very helpful and friendly. Im sorry this happened, we had previous better experiences with you guys

I was treated my the store manager jim extreamly well. I asked for a specific set of tires amd got what i wanted. When i was rold to come down when my vehicle was done brian was EXTREAMLLY rude and disrespectful and my vehicle wasnt done when i got there. And i tried to pay part in cash and part on card and brian charged the full amount to my card and i got an over charge on my credit card. Im very happy with my tires but after jim got me in the door and got the tires and i was happy with his experence and service. I will neber be back to deal with brian. Only jim.

I got a wheel alignment and I got in and out very quick! An the customer service was like no other! Will definitely be back!!

When I got there no one was at the front desk which isn't abnormal for an auto shop. However, two employees came to the front and both said that only the manager, Jim, could help me. So I stood there and then two other people came in and Jim was still on the phone. It was probably around 3-5 minutes before Jim helped me. There should be others trained to check in customers. Jim then asked me what kind of oil I used and I don't really know and I said "Whatever I need" and he said something else and I commented that my car is designed to run oil for 6000 miles and then he asked if I wanted to do a certain oil and it went on and on. I didn't feel a sense of knowledge from him. I know there are some people who have very specific preferences but he didn't get the vibe that I really don't care and just want whatever oil change my car "needed." Meaning, you're the expert, just give me what I need. He continued to try to get me to decide. Again, I understand why he might have done that but I definitely didn't like it. Jim was super pleasant and apologized for the wait. Just to throw that in there. Great guy, just didn't like the style.

Most things were well however the desk person was in the garage most of the time. A customer came in, waited, and finally left. My car was brought out in front but it took a good 15 min. for the desk person to come in from the garage to let me know it was finished. Not very attentive.

While my rep was a nice person and did a great job at my initial visit, I made an appt 2 weeks earlier and when I arrived on time for my appt, the tires were not in not in. The rep had to call around for them. Luckily someone had them and about an hour and half later, the tires arrived. The install started immediately but I was there for almos 2 hrs o have them put on. Great value, ok service.
