The employee who greeted me and talked with me about my car was extremely kind with great customer service. As a younger single woman who doesn't know much about cars, there is naturally an anxiety that carries for if I will try to be sold something I don't actually need or things won't be explained well - but I felt cared for and communicated with really well. I usually go to different places looking for the deal at the present time, but I honestly plan to return to this Midas in Roseville, MN again because it was an enjoyable experience. It was easy to work remote in the time I was there using their space and wifi and enjoy a few drinks available.

The associates are very helpful especially Dan Nelson, explain things clearly, get the service done properly, if the service takes time, I can rent a car to use while my car is getting done.
