Thank you for taking your time on my messed up car with the alignment! They spent a total of 3.5 hours to get my car to drive correctly and I could not thank them enough. They are the best and put the customer first :)

The employees were extremely polite and professional. They answered all of my questions and performed my vehicle service in a timely manner. They also communicated very well and provided me with updates as needed.

Easy to schedule, manager at desk was kind, quick and efficient oil change. Just needed an air filter which they had. Didn’t feel like anyone was trying to upsell.

I have had my car serviced for years by Midas. Dan Nelson has always been very helpful and courteous.

The employee who greeted me and talked with me about my car was extremely kind with great customer service. As a younger single woman who doesn't know much about cars, there is naturally an anxiety that carries for if I will try to be sold something I don't actually need or things won't be explained well - but I felt cared for and communicated with really well. I usually go to different places looking for the deal at the present time, but I honestly plan to return to this Midas in Roseville, MN again because it was an enjoyable experience. It was easy to work remote in the time I was there using their space and wifi and enjoy a few drinks available.
