Car would not start. After they secured the loose battery, it wortked. The next day it did not work again. They responded, had me bring the car back, and evaluated again. They realized the real problem was beyond their capability to resolve, and referred me to the dealer for service (rather than wasting my time and money working on a problem they understood that they could not fix).
