I had a family emergency and needed to leave town asap. I called and explained the situation and asked if I could get my oil changed. They got me in immediately. They were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The young man who checked me out told me his sister lived in the city where we were going and told us about places to look for a hotel. His helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much.

My tire (previously purchased at Big-O) had a small leak and it was repaired quickly, at no charge.

The tires and alignment we purchased were provided on time, as promised. The Cooper Tires we purchased are first-rate; could tell immediately that the truck was riding on new rubber! Great feeling.

They was very professional and very helpful in explaining everything and price was reasonable even though I did use my warranty lol but they accepted the warranty which was amazing did great job
