This was my second time purchasing tires from Hollister Big O tire and each time has been awesome. Friendly service etc.

The tires and alignment we purchased were provided on time, as promised. The Cooper Tires we purchased are first-rate; could tell immediately that the truck was riding on new rubber! Great feeling.

The tech who serviced my car explained the problems with my brakes. He completed the brake service very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.

I had a family emergency and needed to leave town asap. I called and explained the situation and asked if I could get my oil changed. They got me in immediately. They were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The young man who checked me out told me his sister lived in the city where we were going and told us about places to look for a hotel. His helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much.

I have odd size tires on my car and needed 4 new ones Chris worked with me to source the tires for at least a hour located the fronts in CA and the rears in Kc

My tire (previously purchased at Big-O) had a small leak and it was repaired quickly, at no charge.
