As always the service was outstanding. I was buying 2 new tires for my boat trailer. They came out looked at the old tires in the back of my truck. Pick them up and took them inside for me. This store takes care of my Chev Truck and Cadillac Car. I buy all my Tires at this location and it is based on the service I received. THE YOUNG LADY THAT RUNS THE FRONT DESK FULLY UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT IS HARD TO FIND TODAY IN MOST BUSINESS'S

Easy to do business. Called and as soon as I arrived my truck taken for the low tire. The tech showed me the nail. Took a about 20 min.

Excellent service.Zero complaint but I would make a suggestion.It would help keep track of tire life if the tire dates were exposed to the outside.One of my tires is but the other three are not.Not a big deal when tires are new but if you don't drive a lot then tire old age could become a factor.Think about it.

Fast, friendly, efficient. Never a problem at the Hollister location. It is a longer drive for me but worth it!

We're several hundred miles from home. Our tire blew out - big hole. We stopped at Big O first thing in the morning and were on our way in under an hour. Bought two tires to maintain balance (my idea, not Big O - no pressure to buy more). The facility is nice. The service is great. The price was very reasonable. They even returned our donut tire to the storage area and put the "good" old tire in a large plastic bag. The blown tire will be properly disposed of.

I typically go somewhere else for my oil change.However they were very busy and couldn't get me in...so I came to Big O.They scheduled me the same day and did a great job.

I like how well my vehicle is treated. Matt’s used ect. I have anxiety when getting work done on my SUV and they accommodated that by not pressuring or upselling me. This is why I am a loyal customer. I appreciate their attentiveness to my specific needs

I had a flat tire that needed to be repaired immediately. Even though I didn't have an appointment they had me ready to go in less than an hour. Great job.
