I explain to them on what I wanted done to my truck, and what I need checked out, and they where able to comply with what was need. Service was excellent as it always is. Thanks again for a job well done.

My old tires were well overdue. Russell was quick to check his inventory for my size via a phone call and had tires mounted, balanced, installed w/ alignment in a more than acceptable time frame while I waited. The entire crew at this location has always been top notch. Keep it up guys!

We live on the other side of the state and our daughter stays at our house in Hollister. We have come to rely on the Hollister location to keep her car safe and sound giving us a piece of mind knowing they are there for her. They have always went above and beyond to resolve any issues she might have including when she put regular gas in my diesel P/U and it had to be drained. When the Hollister location did run into a problem beyond their expertise they were upfront and made arrangements to get the car to the Branson location who did just a great a job taking care of me.

The guys at our Hollister Missouri store are always very professional and top rate service. I don't go anywhere else but Big O now.

I bought tires last year at this location and put 14k miles on them. They were on a Ram 3500 10 ply tire. One side was going bald on the outside and the other side was worn as it was normal for the mileage. They took it right in and checked it over and ultimately decided to replace both tires. I was charged 92.00 for mounting & balancing. Not sure why I was charged for that. Time is money and I was there for 2hrs. I paid the first time for the mounting & balancing.

Great customer service and concern: I am dealing with the Hollister store about tires I purchased from another dealer.The manager has been very considerate and is working very hard to get a resolution for me.He is the first person I have dealt withconcerning the tires that has truly listened that there is a problem with the tires. I have been dealing with these tires for 7 months trying to get the bounce out of my car. I want to commend Big O for hiring people like him.It seems I have 4 tires that are out of round.

Great customer service

I was in the area on vacation and had some issues with the front end of my vehicle.I searched the area and read the reviews for this location.The vast majority of the reviews claimed great service and honest people.That was enough for me and I took my vehicle there to be inspected.I met Russ and he said he'd call me after he looked at what he found.Now I figured I'd need brakes, rotors, and calipers for sure but he also informed me that my tie rod ends were damaged and the tires needed to be balanced.I mean I have 120,000 miles on it so it was time!!Since I was on vacation and our group had multiple vehicles it was no problem for me to leave my car in their good hands.There was ZERO hard sell on their part when informing me about what they found wrong which made me 100% believe that the specific work should really be completed to make the ride home safe.I was able to pick up my vehicle the next afternoon and the front end was great.It no longer felt like the whole thing was going to shake off the car when I applied the brakes.So a huge thank you to Russ and his team of experts for making my ride safe again.Oh yeah the prices were great as well.So if you need an expert opinion and want honest and reliable service of your vehicle then take your car here and let these guys fix it right.

Associate was very nice and extremely polite. The waiting area was very clean. They offered coffee and water to all customers.

Quick friendly service.

My daughters are college students at Point Lookout. Their tire had low pressure due to weather change. The tech checked all of their tires and adjusted the air where needed.
