Value, efficiency, location

We were traveling, low air pressure light came on. The first place we saw was Big O! We pulled in, told them the story, they came to the car, found the problem and fixed the tire (we had not purchased from Big O). The service was good, the workers were polite. It was a good experience!

Staff was very helpful and prompt with calls for information. Work done was orifessional and in a timely manner.

Our car broke down on a Friday night while traveling from out of state to the Branson area. Even though our car required extensive repairs after they completed the diagnostics on it and had to be towed elsewhere, Big O Tires in Hollister let us use the shop van over the weekend and all day Monday until we could obtain a rental car. We were able to enjoy the start of our vacation thanks to the generosity of Big O Tires!

My daughters are college students at Point Lookout. Their tire had low pressure due to weather change. The tech checked all of their tires and adjusted the air where needed. This was their second visit for similar issues. The staff was outstanding and took excellent care of them. We cannot express adequately how much we appreciate Big O Tires in Hollister, MO

Friendly customer service. Needed new battery and oil change. Manager found I needed new tires so ordered them also.

Every time I have work done these guys do a great job. They make sure and listen to me as to what I need done. If they find something else that needs fixed they know me and fix it or if it's going to cost a lot they call me. This shop has worked on my truck for the past 6 years we've lived here and take good care of both our vehicles. They have even put an engine in for me. I have a 2002 Ford F-150 that has 355,000 miles on it and I credit Big O's great service work for it doing so well. Everyone is always very nice and helpful anytime I need anything. I try to refer as many people to them as I can. Thanks again Russell and crew.

The girl and bigger man at the counter were super friendly and eager to get my truck in the shop. I worked with the girl and she got me new tires for my truck, and the guys in the back caught a ball joint issue and informed me. I do my own front end work so I will be doing that myself, however I will be bringing my truck back for a alignment. Thank you, BIG O!!! These people deserve a raise.

I had an oil change with synthetic oil. Big O has best prices and great service.
