Big O Tires

I arrived late on a busy afternoon to service my car. I was told there would be a wait, but they would get my work done. They did. Thanks!! ;-)

Quick service. Was able to get tires on the spot when they had a cancelation.

I had a 3 pm appointment for oil change and my car was taken in for the service within a few minutes of the appointed time. Greatly appreciate the prompt service.

Great cost to repair my flat. The flat was fixed and has held pressure for a week.

I had set an appointment to get my car serviced. They had the time I wanted available. When I arrived, they were ready to service my vehicle. The work was done within a half hour or so. I was impressed. With the coupon, the price was good. Thank you for a quality customer experience!! ;-)

I was on vacation with family and friends. I discovered that I had a tire that was showing a lot of inside wear. I was worried that a mechanical issue was that cause and I needed a mechanic that could check this out and make any needed repairs. I asked the staff and they told me they were capable of diagnosing and making any needed repairs. It was just an alignment issue thankfully but they took care of me and got me ba k on the road in a hour. Thanks Hollister, Missouri Big O and staff.

My truck is rear wheel drive. I new the tread on my tires was getting low but I was trying to put it off as soon as possible. It snowed and iced around town and I couldn't get out of my driveway. I was not a Big O customer. However, that afternoon I had four new tires that were best for the weather condition and for my truck. I have an excellent experience and I also learned how I can improve tractoin with my truck during winter. I will definitely be returning! I will also be recommending Big O to all of my friends!
