Tires rotation ,they cleaned the heck out of my wheels .I was very pleased to say the least

service was quick the building and staff were very clean

I always recommend Big I in Hollister. The service is exceptional and the staff treats you as family. I was in a time constraint and they got me in and out.

Staff polite and professional. Appointment made by phone, check in easy. Work done in a timely fashion and correct results. Rare these days.

When I called the young man named Zach was very friendly and when I told him that I had found the service $20 cheaper somewhere else and thanked him for his time he told me that he may have a $20 coupon that I could use. He put me on hold and went and looked for one and found one! I love the folks here and was so happy I was able to get my wheel aligned here instead of the other shop. I am just on a very tight budget right now and I really appreciated his help

Whenever I need auto service I go to BIG O in Hollister. Just recently I needed a State Inspection and an oil change. They are always friendly, get the job done right and you can trust them to do only the work that is needed. If they find something that is needed they only make a recommendation and let you make the decision. I would recommend this location to my friends and family......Great job guys and gals!!!
