Tim, Wade, and Michael were so very helpful. I went in for an oil change and was told about some issues with my car. No pressure, just letting me know what was up. Being in not so great financial shape, they let me know what was needed as soon as possible and what could safely wait. I went back the next day for brake work. Everyone was so helpful and my brakes were done in record time. I will definately recommend these guys. Thank you!

I had a family emergency and needed to leave town asap. I called and explained the situation and asked if I could get my oil changed. They got me in immediately. They were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The young man who checked me out told me his sister lived in the city where we were going and told us about places to look for a hotel. His helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much.

Sorry did not catch the person name that I worked with, but he was great. Had a small screw in my left drivers tire, and he explained that and they got it fixed quickly. Got a quote for a new set of four tires while I was there and he explained it all very well, and my options.

My tire (previously purchased at Big-O) had a small leak and it was repaired quickly, at no charge.
