Great customer service.

Tim and Sheila, and other associates made me feel very welcomed, and I was very satisfied with the work that was completed on my vehicle! In fact, I was unsure if Big O would have the ability to resolve my issue, regarding the hand break switch failure to turn off the notification sound and the light on the dash! Alas...the issue was resolved, and one other repair/replacement of a tire monitor system sensor was done as well. I will return to Big O Tires for future repair work to be done!

Last week I came in for a scheduled oil change. As always Russell and his team got me in quick and did a great job! I have used this Big O team for years and trust them if and when the suggest any additional services. Keep up the great work guys!!

Very friendly and professional staff. Handled their computer issue with little to no customer interuption. Every single employee seemed knowledgable and handled themselves well. The facility was very neat and organized. Nothing was dirty and grimy like most shops. One employee even offered me a newpaper while I waited. I was a walk in and didnt even call ahead to ask if they had time to run an inspection on my car, but they seemed unfased and didnt show any aggitation ( they were pretty busy and I apologize for not preplanning on my part but am extremly appreciative). I Hope this is the strore you send all future employees to so that they can train and learn from the best! You guys did an amazing job of teaching your people the steps to amazing customer service! Thank you.
