Big O Tires

This place is the best!: I've been coming here over several years with several vehicles with work on absolutely everything from oil changes, tires, water pumps, alternators, air conditioners, front end, power steering, you name it...I could write a book about how great the service and experiences have been but just know that I've spent thousands of dollars in this store and have never had a problem that wasn't immediately made better than new and right on the spot. That is very rare these days, especially with auto repair and tires. Russell and Tammie are both awesome but there must be some great mechanics in there too to get this level of service for so many years. To say that I highly recommend is understatement. Don't even consider going anywhere else...Even to another Big-O. This is the place to take your vehicle.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. So far, very honest mechanics. The sales staff are quick, but not so quick that you think you're just a number.

I have now purchased three complete sets of SUV tires in the last six years from Big O in Hollister, MO. The employees at this facility have always given me good service and good quality product, but this last time they went well above and beyond the call of duty. They have my business for life! My homebase is now just outside of Tulsa, OK, but I will always do my tire business with Big O in Hollister. Bravo!

Fast and friendly service. They get you in and out as quick as they can while keeping their work standards up. Also they don't try to sell you every little thing- they tell you what needs to be fixed today, what can wait, and what things you should watch out for. That's a fact I truly appreciate.

I came in thinking I needed an Alignment. In the end all I need was rotation. Honest group in Hollister. Suggestion: I know the masks are not comfortable but they are mandatory. The front desk had them half on-covering the mouth or sitting on the counter. For those of us that work in the public we need to demonstrate 100% compliance. Not a single customer had a mask on....but me. There were 3-7 people in the lobby for the hour I was there.

The tires and alignment we purchased were provided on time, as promised. The Cooper Tires we purchased are first-rate; could tell immediately that the truck was riding on new rubber! Great feeling.

I am one of those people who is very picky about their vehicle. I am comfortable having my "baby" services by the staff at Big - O. I am a female and also appreciate the fact that they don't treat me like a "dummy."

The tech who serviced my car explained the problems with my brakes. He completed the brake service very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.

My experience with BigO was refreshing as their attention to details and my need were above what someone would expect. The repairs to my vehicle were exactly what I needed and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them highly.

Scheduled me in on a Monday morning, I arrived a little early and the service people got right on it. Really like this place for regular service and have been very pleased when I have had emergency tire repairs. 5 Stars for this crew! Thanks!

Friendly staff, fast service, toys in waiting room, clean restroom.

Friendly service, comfortable waiting area, timely completion of items to be tended too. Very thoughtful. Vehicle was pulled right up to the front door to minimize getting rained on.

The team at the Hollister Big O, although frequently changing, havexalways been pleasant and efficient.

There was only one tire to fit my car in stock. Would have been nice to have had a choice.
